-$250-$425 nightly rates

-$2,450-$2,900 weekly rates

-3 nights minimum on all weekends

-Sleeps up to 4 guests - $50 per evening for each additional guest beyond 2

-Well behaved, non-shedding dogs welcome - $90 per stay for the first dog and $135 for two

​

-$90 cleaning fee

​

-We require 50% at time of booking and 50% 90 days prior to arrival.
